The prices on Vitarichy.ca are listed in Canadian dollars. The GST, HST that applies to each purchase will be added to the total at checkout. These prices vary dependent of the province or territory you live in. Delivery cost is not included in taxes. Delivery cost is added to the cost of purchase and the cost of applicable taxes. Errors

Product Availability

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your entire order, or parts of your order that has not yet been fulfilled by Vitarichy.ca, you will not be charged for the items in your order that have cancelled. At this point you will not be charged a cancellation fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order after it has already been fulfilled. At that point, you would need to return the unwanted items upon receiving the order (condition may apply). Vitarichy.ca, reserves the right to cancel your order if you’ve provided false personal information including fraudulent credit card information, if your method of payment is declined, or if the product you ordered is no longer available. You will be notified by Vitarichy.ca if your order is cancelled.

Termination of Use, Consequence of Termination and Suspension of Use

If you violate the terms and conditions of Vitarichy.ca, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend the use of your account at anytime without notice. If your account is terminated or suspended, you will not have access to our website. If your account is terminated or suspended while you are waiting for an order to be completed, Vitarichy.ca reserves the right to cancel your order. Upon cancellation, a refund may be issued to the credit card or payment method used during the purchase of the order.

Delivery of Order

Vitarichy.ca delivers to Canada typically within 3-10, working days. If you are not present at the shipping address provided when the courier attempts to deliver your order, you package may be left at the front door. If you are unreachable for the delivery of your purchase, your order will be returned to Vita Richy, and our customer service team will contact you to plan an alternative delivery method. Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If you return within this time frame, you will receive a full refund, for products in non open and non defective condition. some specific products such as perishable and sale’s products are final sale. Shipping cost will not cover by VitaRichy.

Exchanges

If we send you an item, or items, as an exchange we do must receive your returned item within 30 days in unopened condition to be able to procced with refund.

Defective Merchandise Refund Policy

Defective merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. If you receive a defective product, you may initiate a return with Vita Richy for a full refund. For questions regarding refunds on items purchased after 30 days, please give us a call at (519) 824-1441.

Coupons and promotions are not eligible for cash redemption. The discount or promotion codes provided by Vitarichy.ca are one time use, per customer.
